- [10-12-5] In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. OB the ice scoops on top of the ice machine. The manager put them on a clean tray.
- [12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed a prep cook change tasks took off gloves and put on new gloves without washing her hands.
- [16-32-5] Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. Observed the triple sink uses quaternary sanitizer and the establishment only has chlorine test kit.
- [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the cutting soiled.
- [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting.
- [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed ice melting in the hand washing sink at the front counter. The manager turned on the water and melted the ice.
- [42-01-4] Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. The manager hung up the mop.
- [50-17-3] Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed the license expired on 10-01-2025. The owner paid the license during the inspection.
