  • [14-74-7] Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Cooler at end of cook line original temperature was 50F, operator tuned temperature to lowest setting, after twenty minutes, temerapture was 44F. Took temperature again after fifteen minutes 43F.
  • [50-04-4] Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. MFDV did not have current license on the unit, unit contained an old license number.
  • [52-03-4] Establishment advertised crab on menu/menu board but served imitation crab. Observed Crab Rangoons on menu operator stated it was imitation crab but did had no indicators on menu stating that it was, operator changed Crab to Krab on the menu.
  • [53B-10-4] Records/documents for required employee training do not contain all of the required information. Observed two training certification with improper dates, manager applied the correct dates.
  • [05-09-4] No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. No ambient thermometer in reach in coolers or freezer in food truck.
