Observed establishment without some required food training for employees.

Observed employee working register proceeded to place gloves on without washing hands to engage in food preparation. Spoke with manager regarding proper hand washing.

  • [14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. Observed reach in cooler on cook line with torn gasket that holds milks.
  • [35A-03-4] Dead roaches on premises. Observed 1 dead roach located next to ovens. Employee removed and discarded from premises.
