After brief education, employee then changed gloves and washed hands.

- [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. -Observed containers with various food items stored on walk in freezer floor.
- [10-06-5] In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed knife with handle stored in container with cake. Operator removed handle.
- [12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee failed to change gloves and wash hands after cracking raw shell eggs. Educate operator after which, he change gloves and wash hands.
- [08A-20-5] Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. -Observed raw chicken stored over raw beef in walk in cooler.
