See stop sale. Item stored in reaching cooler next to vehicle entrance: rice (48F - Cooling). Manager stated rice was cooked the previous day and placed in cooler.

  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Item stored in reaching cooler next to vehicle entrance: lettuce (47F - Cold Holding). Manager stated lettuce was placed in cooler one hour prior to temperature being taken. Manager moved lettuce to another reaching cooler to cool to 41°.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw beef stored over cooked pork in reaching cooler next to cook line grill. Beef was placed on bottom shelf. Raw beef stored over onions and reaching cooler next to vehicle entrance. Beef was placed on bottom shelf.
