Several flats of raw shell eggs stored on top shelf above butter and cheese inside reach-in cooler near cookline. 2. Sealed bags containing raw frozen chicken wings stored on top of ziplock bag containing fully-cooked frozen turkey inside reach-in freezer in back of kitchen. Manager moved both ready to eat items to shelf above raw foods during this inspection.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drink stored on top of reach-in cooler at cookline. Manager removed the drink from the area during this inspection.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Lower shelf of prep table at cookine soiled with grease and/or food debris.
  • [24-06-4] Clean utensils or equipment stored in dirty drawer or rack. Clean pots and pans stored on visibly soiled shelf below prep table at cookline.
  • [36-50-4] Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. 1. Wall at cookline behind fryer soiled with grease. 2. Floor along perimeter and under equipment in kitchen and dry storage area soiled with dirt and/or food debris.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Spray bottle containing degreaser missing label in storage room near mop sink. Manager added the proper label during this inspection.
  • [40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Employee phone stored on prep table at cookline. Manager removed the phone from the table during this inspection.
  • [42-01-4] Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Four wet mops stored down inside mop sink and down in mop bucket beside mop sink. Manager removed and inverted all mops to dry during this inspection.
