  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Single-use bowl without handle stored down inside container of sugar at cookline. Manager removed the bowl from the sugar during this inspection.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside reach-in cooler near cookline: milk (46F - Cold Holding). Employee stated the milk sat out at room temperature for 15 minutes approximately 15 minutes prior.
  • [12A-05-4] Employee used tobacco, ate, or drank then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee in kitchen drank from her personal cup, then proceeded to handle utensils and stir chili at the cookline without first washing hands. Manager had the employee stop and wash hands before continuing to work at cookline.
  • [24-21-4] Clean equipment and utensils stored under sewer lines that are not shielded to intercept potential drips. Single-use cups and lids stored below drain pipe beneath handwash sink in bar area. Employee moved the items away from the drain pipe during this inspection.
  • [35A-03-4] Dead roaches on premises. One dead roach on floor below shelving in downstairs dry storage room. An employee swept the area during this inspection.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drink cup on prep table above flour and sugar bins at cookline. Manager removed the drink cup from the area during this inspection.
  • [12B-02-4] Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. Employee breakfast and half-eaten banana on prep table near cookline. Manager discarded the items during this inspection.
