Approximately 30 rodent droppings in dry storage area in kitchen next to walk in cooler. Employees began to clean up droppings during inspection.
[22-41-4] Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. In use dish machine ran multiple times reading 0ppm, employee tried to change out sanitizer bucket that was almost empty, but did not have a replacement.
