Sanitizer is not being dispensed into the three-compartment sink. The employee drained and set up the three-compartment sink using bleach, then Triple Sink (Chlorine 50ppm). Inspector instructed manager to have the employee resanitize all dishes that were sanitized using the three-compartment sink today.
