[14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. No handle bowl used in fryer filter, operator took bowl out and and replaced it.
[21-12-4] Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed wet wiping cloth stored on food prep surface on cook line.
[22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of Ice Shute on soda machine soiled with a white residue. Cutting board on food prep line stained.
[24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Wet nesting observed on plastic bins on clean dishes rack.
