  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw chicken over rice noodles in walkin cooler. Manager moved chicken to bottom during inspection.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Cases of avocados on floor in kitchen. Avocados removed from floor during inspection.
