  • [03G-47-2] Establishment sprouting seeds or beans without an approved Process Waiver from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Observed multiple grow kits on shelf behind front counter. Per operator, they just began growing the sprouts and first harvest was to be April 27. Per operator, they will immediately cease growing the sprouts.
