[10-08-5] Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. At drive through window soda dispenser, ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Operator removed to correct storage location.
[23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Prep cook line hood filters with dust build up. Reach in freezer and low boy reach in cooler with food debris in the door gasket.

[23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Sides of the table top griddle have build up of food residue. Handles of the reach in freezer opposite the fryers have food residue.
[16-48-4] Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. Clean containers stack on shelf opposite the three compartment sink have old food debris in the lip of the container.
[25-05-4] Single-service articles improperly stored. Box of single service food sleeves spin the floor by the prep line and fryers. Operator relocated the container of single service food sleeves.

Observed employee on the cook line crack raw shell eggs with gloves then handle single service carry out container. Operator intervened and had employee change gloves/wash hands.

Observed 2 flies by the prep station opposite the office area. Observed 1 fly in the back dry storage room on shelves by the bread racks.
