  • [50-17-3] Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. License expired 4-1-2026.
  • [22-43-4] Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Operator increased from 100 ppm to 200 ppm at bar three compartment sink.

  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Bar low boy unit Heavy cream 49F. Placed overnight. Operator discarded .
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Storage of hose spray, in hand sink by mop sink. Operator relocated .
  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Blue cheese dressing prepared two days ago, in kitchen make table unit, not date marked,. Operator updated .
