  • [12A-18-4] Employee dried hands on clothes/apron/soiled towel after washing. 1. Employee wiped hands on apron and proceeded to handle spatula at cookline without washing hands. 2. Employee kneading dough with bare hands without running water available in kitchen. Water was restored and employee washed hands during this inspection.
  • [27-12-4] Establishment operating with no potable running water. No running water at handwash sink or three-compartment sink inside kitchen. Two employees working in kitchen and handling food without running water. Owner was able to fix the water pump during this inspection.
  • [11-26-1] No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. One employee working in kitchen and handling food without proof of food handler training or proof they have been informed of their health reporting responsibilities. Manager had the employee sign the health reporting agreement during this inspection.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Spray bottle containing disinfectant missing label on shelf near three-compartment sink.
