[31B-06-4] Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap. 1. Soap dispenser at handwash sink at cookline missing faceplate and unable to dispense soap. 2. Soap dispenser at handwash sink near drive through unable to dispense soap. The manager stated the dispenser may need a new battery and placed a hand pump soap bottle at the handwash sink during this inspection.
[13-07-4] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Several employees handling food in kitchen with bracelets and/or watches on their wrists.
