Per employee, chicken left out for a few minutes while stocking. Chicken moved to reach-in freezer and approximately 15 minutes later raw chicken at 41F/39F. Also, egg/buttermilk wash on ice at breading station at 47F. Per employee, wash wash placed out 4.5 hours prior. See stop sale.
