  • [41-27-4] Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. At bar 500+ ppm quarantine
  • [05-10-4] Probe thermometer not used to ensure proper food temperatures.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Bleach at bar. Employee labeled
