- [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Multiple carbon dioxide tanks unsecured by ice machine. Operator secured all tanks.
- [36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floors under fryers and the wok area are soiled.
- [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Gasket on chest reach-in freezer in kitchen and gasket on walk-in cooler door is soiled. Underplating around nozzles on soda machine is soiled,
