Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed chlorine sanitizer dishwasher machine at 0ppm at bar area, staff provided new sanitizer solution, primed and retested at 100 ppm.
  • [36-34-5] Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed over serving station area.
