  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs stored over oyster sauce and rice noodles. Employee moved noddles at time of inspection.
  • [14-09-4] Cutting board in prep area has cut marks and is no longer cleanable.
  • [14-17-4] Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Mold like substance on roll of plastic wrap in kitchen. Employee states plastic wrap is no longer used and discarded it during inspection.

  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Chili oil sauce on dining room tables 69F at 12:20. Employee states sauce made in house by cooking vegetables and oil. Per employee sauce placed on tables at 8:00am. See stop sale.
  • [01B-02-5] Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
