  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed reach in freezer gaskets by front counter soiled.
  • [02C-03-5] Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed milk container not dated at front counter reach in cooler. As per employee opened a day prior.
