She has done nothing with them today. See stop sale.
- [22-41-4] Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). Employee ran dishwasher a few times and rechecked at 50 ppm.
