See stop sale. Open portion of cooked ham with date mark of 1/22 on shelf inside reach-in cooler near three-compartment sink. Manager stated the date was incorrectly marked and should have been marked as "2/22".
  • [06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Two tubes of frozen hamburger meat thawing at room temperature in mop sink. Inspector had employee move them to the prep sink under cool running water to continue to thaw.
  • [29-11-4] Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Leaking pipe below handwash sink in warewash area.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No towels at handwash sink near three-compartment sink or handwash sink near back door of kitchen. Manager replenished both during this inspection.
  • [33-23-4] Grease receptacle/dumpster not on proper pad/nonabsorbent surface. Dumpster sitting directly on ground.
  • [02D-01-5] Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Container of seasoning missing label on shelf in dry storage area.
  • [36-17-5] Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Several gaps in floor tiles at left side of three-compartment sink.
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Single-use foam cup without handle stored down inside container of seasoning in dry storage area. Manager discarded the cup during this inspection.
  • [11-26-1] No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. One employee working in kitchen and handling food without proof of food handler training or proof they have been informed of their health reporting responsibilities. Inspector provided manager a new copy of the employee health reporting agreement during this inspection.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drink cup stored directly on top of container of cooking oil in dry storage area. Manager moved the drink to another area during this inspection.
  • [08B-27-4] Food placed in soiled container/equipment. Tubes of raw hamburger meat down inside mop sink. Employee removed the hamburger meat from the mop sink during this inspection.
