Observed at flip top cooler next to grill - meatballs (48F - Cold Holding); sliced tomato (49F - Cold Holding); feta cheese (49F - Cold Holding); black olives (49F - Cold Holding) as per operator item held out of temperature overnight. Items not portioned or prepared today. See stop sale.
