  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed veggie bacon (68F - Cold Holding) set on the side of the cook line,left at ambient temperature for about 2 hours. Chef placed the veggie bacon inside ice bath immediately.
  • [14-31-5] Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed pizza dough inside carry out market plastic bag. Employee replaced the bag for ziplock bag.
