Operator stated company will be out Monday to clean. Also, table under flat top grill on cook line soiled with food debris/grease build up.

- [22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Interior of ice machine in kitchen soiled with mold-like substance. Operator began to clean interior of ice machine.
