Manager moved the raw eggs to the bottom shelf during this inspection. 2. Ziplock bag containing frozen raw chicken stored on shelf directly above ziplock bag containing fully-cooked beef inside reach-in freezer at front of kitchen. Manager moved the raw chicken to the bottom shelf during this inspection.

[02C-04-5] Operator is not properly tracking/marking the number of days ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite was held at refrigeration temperatures prior to freezing in order to properly date mark the food when it is thawed and held at refrigeration temperatures again. Several ziplock bags containing thawed ham missing thawed date marks. Bags are all date marked 2/13. Employee stated they were all thawed on 02/28 and added the proper date marks during this inspection.

Sealed package containing frozen raw hamburger meat stored on shelf above portion bags containing fries inside reach-in freezer in kitchen. 2. Ziplock bags containing frozen raw chicken stored on shelf directly above ziplock bags containing frozen eggrolls on shelf inside reach-in freezer in kitchen. An employee moved all raw foods away from ready to eat foods during this inspection.
[10-14-5] Ice bucket/shovel stored on floor between uses. Two ice buckets on floor in front of ice machine. An employee removed both buckets from the floor during this inspection.
[14-25-5] Establishment using wood (other than a hard, close-grained wood) as a food-contact surface. Interior of beer cooler lined with unsealed plywood in bar area.
[22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Top of walls inside ice machine soiled with lime-like substance.
