  • [32-04-4] Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Observed at only bathroom door.
  • [45-04-4] Use of cooking equipment producing grease laden vapors/smoke with no hood suppression system installed. Notified Fire AHJ. For reporting purposes only. Observed smoke produced by conveyor oven throughout establishment.
  • [51-18-6] No copy of latest inspection report available.
  • [29-07-5] Plumbing system improperly installed or repaired. Observed water draining from coffee machine draining waste water into plastic container on floor.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed plastic spray bottle with clear liquid not labeled at under preparation table at prep area.
  • [02D-02-4] Packaged food not labeled as specified by law.
  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Cheese empanadas (125F - Hot Holding); chicken empanadas (128F - Hot Holding). As per staff, 15 minutes. Hot holding equipment temperature was increased.
  • [36-37-5] Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Observed at area next to exit door.
  • [53B-16-4] Employee has not received adequate training related to their assigned duties as evidenced by the inability to answer basic food safety questions. Observed staff member not knowing proper concentration of quaternary at 3CS. Coached staff member on correct procedure.
