  • [06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed cooked beef thawing in standing water in the three compartment sink. An employee turned on cold running water.
  • [16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed employee unable to locate quaternary test strips.
  • [40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed multiple employee cell phones stored on and above food preparation areas. The cell phones were properly stored.
  • [46-04-4] Exit door locked. For reporting purposes only.
  • [53A-01-7] Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification.
  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing signs provided at a hand sinks used by food employees.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed multiple employee beverages stored on and above food preparation areas. The beverages were properly stored.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed butter (72F - Cold Holding) on top of the conveyor belt oven. An employee stated the butter had been held for approximately 1 hour. The operator was emailed a time as public health control form.
  • [53A-05-6] No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling.
