- [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle of degreaser stored on top of bag in box soda. Cook moved chemical to proper storage.
- [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. One carbon dioxide tank in the bar is unsecured.
