[36-51-4] Building components, attachments or fixtures in poor repair. 1. Several worn floor tiles at cookline. 2. Paint peeling from ceiling in kitchen. 3. Screen on porch area door torn and hanging.
[02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Wrapped portions of fully-cooked lasagna missing date marks on pan i side reach-in freezer in back of kitchen. Manager added the proper date mark during this inspection.
