[22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. On soda machines in front of establishment, interior of soda nozzles have build up. Manager replaced nozzles with new set during inspection.
[08B-17-4] Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. In walk-in cooler, unwashed cucumbers and tomatoes stored above bags of ready to eat milkshake mix. Manager switched the bags of ready to eat milkshake mix and cucumbers so ready to eat product is above unwashed vegetables.
[36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor under reach in cooler to left of ice machine soiled with food debris. Manager had employees pull out cooler and clean floor during inspection. Also, floor under far left fryer has water/grease build up. Manager pulled out fryer and had employee clean floor during inspection.
