Stored in reach in cooler on cook line: cooked crab (45F - Cold Holding); blue cheese crumbles (49F - Cold Holding) Food items stored in pull out cold holding drawers: raw chicken dated 8/10 (45F - Cold Holding) Items moved to freezer to bring down the temperature rapidly.

Operator stated the items had been in the cooler since 9 AM. Employee contacted service technician.
