  • [24-18-4] Silverware/utensils stored upright with the food-contact surface up. Observed in food storage large container of flour with scoop handle inside of flour. Employee removed and stored properly .
  • [36-02-5] Unsealed concrete floor in food preparation, food storage, warewashing area or bathroom. Observed area near ware washing concrete floor not sealed also area front of walk in cooler.

Manager removed and placed in walk in cooler.

  • [14-86-1] Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Observed non food grade paper towel lining spinach in a container located in stand alone cooler near salad station . Manager removed paper towel.

Observed some employee food training not available for employee employed from 2024.
