Manager removed and placed in walk in cooler.

  • [14-31-5] Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed in stand alone cooler near salad station 2 non food grade to go bags storing bread slices. Manager discarded the bread.
  • [53B-01-5] No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed some employee food training not available for employee employed from 2024.
  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed sauces in large buckets in walk in cooler without date marks. Employee stated they were made last Saturday.
  • [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed in food storage area CO2 tank not adequately secured.
  • [35B-01-4] Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed light shining from outside at back kitchen exit door.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed multiple spray bottles containing chemical substances without labels.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drinks on prep areas located on cook line. Employee removed and stored properly.
