  • [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Items stored near dish machine not properly dried after going through the ware washing process.
  • [36-22-4] Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Entirety of back prep area had standing water throughout.
  • [22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Small amount of mold like substance build up in ice machine located near the back door of the kitchen.
  • [16-46-4] Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Old labels still stuck on clean containers being stored near dish pit.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Operator was made aware of high temperatures. Employees put large bags of ice in reach-in cooler in order to bring down temperatures of cooked shrimp and kimchi. cooked shrimp (50F - Cold Holding)Re-temped at 46F ; kimchi (51F - Cold Holding) Re-temped at 45F
  • [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Tanks near back door lacked any form of security to surrounding wall area.
  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Handwashing wash sink closest to back door of kitchen lacking proper handwashing sign.
  • [53B-03-5] Required employee training provided by an unapproved provider. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233.
