- [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed in a containers of rice, flour and tappoke. The chef had them removed.
- [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed two ice buckets not inverted.
- [36-17-5] Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed in the ware washing area.
- [14-69-4] Ice buildup in the walk-in freezer.
- [10-01-5] In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed in a container of chicken flour. The chef had it removed.
