  • [01B-02-5] Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed reach-in refrigerator in the lobby, located below the beer guns, was malfunctioning; because an open container of commercially Ranch dressing was being stored inside the unit, a stop sale was issued.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed roasting equipment stored inside the mop sink. Operator removed the equipment. Equipment needs to be washed and sanitized before use.
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed Roasting equipment obstructs the hand sink located next to the cooking line.
  • [50-17-3] Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed license expired 10/01/25.
  • [29-34-4] Observed Vacuum breaker broken at mop sink inside kitchen area.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw burger on top of an open container with ready to eat sausage.

  • [14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. Observed During the inspection, the drawer gaskets beneath the griddle were found to be torn. Additionally, the reach-in refrigerator in the lobby, located below the beer guns, was malfunctioning; because an open container of commercially Ranch dressing was being stored inside the unit, a stop sale was issued.
  • [16-55-4] Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Observed the low-temperature, bleach-sanitizing machine with an empty bleach bucket. Per the operator, the machine is broken. I advised them to stop using it and set up a three-compartment sink.
  • [36-34-5] Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed inside kitchen area.
  • [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed clean pans no inverted at clean equipment rack located next to three compartment sink.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed dirty drawer gaskets under the griddle, as well as greasy residue on the walls near the cooking line and the three-compartment sink. Also observed fans at cooking line soiled with grease.

  • [36-24-5] Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed Multiple structural openings/punctures were observed in the following locations: the wall of the kitchen that goes to the outside door, the dry storage area, and the upper section of the primary cooking line adjacent to the exhaust hood.
