- In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed scoop for rice stored in standing water only reaching 76F.

- Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels on clean storage containers.

- Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Upon inspection, observed hot water sanitizing dishmachine not reaching 180f on gauge and not able to obtain 160f temperature at dish surface. Maintenance arrived prior to end of inspection and 180f reading at dish surface area was observed.
