The chlorine dish machine was ran a few times and tested at 0 PPM. The kitchen employee change the container of chlorine and the machine was primed. Chlorine now testing at 50 PPM.
  • Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Gallon of milk stored inside the reach in double door cooler at the end of the cook line. Item date marked for 8/17/2026.
