- Stored food not covered. Several containers in the kitchen refrigerators were found uncovered. A container of noodles in the reach-in freezer, located outside the curtains on the left before entering the kitchen, was also found uncovered.
- Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. The drain in the hand sink in the kitchen area is draining very slow.
- Interior of the microwave has accumulation of grease/food debris. The microwave by the rice heaters.
