- Evidence of feeding stray/wild animals - observed food/water bowls and multiple cat houses provided outside on front entrance porch and on ground before porch and stairs.

- Upon callback, observed sliced sausage 41f, sliced cooked chicken 31f, sliced ham 45f (less than 4 hours per employee), meatballs 40f, sliced tomatoes 45f (less than 4 hours per employee in pizza ,are bar cooler upper. Also observed fresh sliced mozzarella 40f, ricotta cheese 40f, roasted garlic in oil 40f in pizza make bar cooler lower. Observed fresh mozzarella 45f, raw ground beef 46f, sliced ham 46f in walk-in cooler at establishment. Observed cooler door left open for extended period of time during inspection and employee stated they are frequently opening door for preparation of items beginning at 9:00am.
4804 HWY 90 STE 201, PACE · Santa Rosa County
- Presence of insects, rodents, or other pests. Upon inspection, observed approximately 14 dead flying insects in the following locations: 1 in kitchen area on the floor, 2 on the floor in dry storage, 2 on the floor behind front counter, 9 in dining room on the floor and window ledge. Manager/employees began cleaning up the dead flying insects during inspection.
- Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Upon inspection, observed current license available expired as of 06/01/26. Manager was able to print current license during inspection.
