Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Observe the establishment added a wall between the dining room and the cook line and blocked off ( partition wall) the front front counter bar area and the cook line area also remove the three compartment sink from the front area bar area. observed in the back area, the wire wash area and back storage area establishment. Move the mop sink to an outside of the actual room, added a dishwashing machine and move the three compartment sink to where the sink was located and added a dish machine where the three compartment sink was located also added a walk-in cooler in the back storage area. Establishment also added an ice machine in the patio drink station.
