Started to wipe down there area that they was working and put the wiping cloth back into the sanitation bucket. Then grab Ready to Eat item (taco hard shell) still with the same gloves on. Operator is reeducated by manager to take off dirty gloves after wiping down area with sanitation wiping cloth. Wash hands properly and then reapply new clean gloves before starting new task.
