Per manufacturer instructions, sanitizer is to be 150-400ppm. Operator filled sanitizer sink with regular water and brought sanitizer down to 400ppm and called for recalibration of dispenser.
  • Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Single use plastic cups and bowls used for scoops for seasoning, coleslaw, and dessert toppings. Operators removed cups and bowls during inspection.
  • Equipment in poor repair. Upon inspection, dish machine digital display is damaged and unable to display information. Per operator, display has been broken for a week. Operator requested repairs during inspection.
