- Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee at cookline touched hat, handled a wiping cloth, then handled food containers at the cookline without washing hands. Manager had the employee stop and wash hands before continuing to work at the cookline.

- Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. One pan containing packages of snapper thawed inside reduced oxygen packaging. The packages have been opened, but the fish is still inside the packages. The snapper is completely thawed. The package does have a label indicating the snapper must be removed from packaging prior to thawing.
- Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. 1. Spray bottle containing degreaser stored on shelf directly beside seasonings and sauces at cookline. Manager removed the bottle from the shelf during this inspection. 2. Hand soap refills stored on shelf directly above single-use drink cups at front counter. Manager moved the soap during this inspection.

One employee working at front counter handling food without proof they have been informed of their health reporting responsibilities.
