- Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area. Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed. The approved plans have two hand washing sinks. Observed at the front counter, the hand washing sink has been removed. Observed a drain in the floor where the hand washing sink was installed. During the inspection observed the establishment has installed a table with three heated lamps to hot hold food. Observed cooked onions under net the heat lamps.
