- Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food marked with a date that exceeds 7 days after opening/preparation. Observed container of fried cheese sticks in the walk in cooler date marked 8/7/26, operator voluntarily discarded.
- Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed cook changing gloves in between food preparation without washing hands, explained importance of hand washing in between changing gloves, cooked washed hands.
- Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed 2 milks opened in walk in cooler and not date marked, per operator milk was opened Sunday.
- Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up in reach in freezer in kitchen.
- In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed handle down in a container of flour in kitchen.
