  • Ceiling tile missing in front of bar counter and behind bar counter. Spoke with operator; they are missing due to a roof leak that happens when it rains. Operator stated they are in contact with a company to come fix the roof but that they havent received a date or time theyd be coming out. Operator closes those areas off when leaking does occur and doesnt keep and food or food contact items in those areas for the time being.
