  • Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times: hand-wash sink had items stored in it. Additionally, the hes was very dirty. Owner/Operator removed the items. COMPLIED. Sink not yet cleaned.
  • Cleaned and sanitized equipment or utensils not properly stored: container with cooking utensils sitting under hood suppression box with food/grease dripping on them and one with a dirty extension cord touching it. Owner/Operator removed the dirty utensils, placed them in the 3cs, and relocated the container.

Observed an employee wearing gloves handle raw pork then handle a clean dry wiping cloth which was placed on a cutting surface without changing gloves. The employee placed the wiping cloth in laundry. The employee was educated on when to change gloves.
  • In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Observed the ice scoop stored on the top surface of the ice machine that is soiled with an accumulation of dust. The operator removed the ice scoop for cleaning.
